First phase of Clongriffin Central

The first phase of the Vision for Clongriffin Central began in early 2025 when construction on 408 homes got underway, with Walls Construction being appointed to deliver.  A new creche, a public park and community and cultural spaces will also be provided. This marked an important milestone with the start of the LDA’s work to provide new homes and facilities in the area.

Walls Community Liaison for the first phase

Walls Construction (Walls) was appointed to build the 408 high-quality new homes. Walls is an Irish owned building contractor operating nationally and is one of Ireland’s leading construction companies. Walls also acts as a community liaison to provide local residents with information about the ongoing works being carried out on the 1st Phase of Clongriffin Central. For more information consult LDA Clongriffin – Walls or email ldaclongriffin@walls.ie.
